[MAIPC] Winter evergreen invasive species

There are several host specific organisms attacking non-native Lonicera, mostly pathogens. When looking for organisms to attack non-natives it is best to look for "magic systems" as opposed to "magic bullets" because no organism exists in a vacuum but is part of a system. Of course this means looking deeper than the surface and trying to understand what is really happening. This takes time. Therefore, be patient, thorough and open-minded with what you see. An MS thesis or PhD dissertation is a good start, but to really understand what is happening may take a lifetime.

Winter evergreen invasive species such as Japanese Honeysuckle. If you see a massive die off, report it just in case an effective, host specific, biocontrol has evolved.
