Hello, tree pest mavens!

I have posted a US-centered blog. This one analyzes a recent article - paid
for by USDA - that lists & briefly describes 6 early warning networks that
aim to inform phytosanitary agencies about plant pests so they can act to
prevent introduction. It probably won't surprise you that I am disappointed
in the article - re: coverage of programs and evaluation of their strengths
& weaknesses.
