[MAIPC] photo of probably invasive Viburnum taken in parks in Fairfax Co.

Thanks to all who responded. If this plant is invasive - as some of you indicate - is it on the MA-IPC list? what efforts are there to prevent further planting?  It is gorgeous, so I assume there is a good market for it.

Am I correct in thinking that the other common name is doublefile viburnum. In the Northern Virginia area this is a very invasive ornamental plant. Fortunately I think it is one of the easier ones to identify through the entire year.
