[MAIPC] Plan for Controlling or Eradicating Invasive Plants

Judy,

PATC has been working on this for the last 5 years. We have several 
programs working and are building out to have volunteers on all 43 
public land units we serve in the Mid-Atlantic (Central VA to Central PA 
and WV)..

I will send you my annual report when I get home which includes our 
goals for next year.  I have learned a fair bit about the constraints 
and opportunities for this and would be happy to share them with you.
