Hello Friends, Scientific studies show that Neonicotinoids implanted into the DNA seed package are contributing to bee population decline. Therefore, if the plant is a ‘debilitator’ to other plants because of its contribution to the decline of pollinators - can it be represented as an invasive? Can the plant with Neonicotinoids be represented as a special category invasive? Neonnicotinoid changes the basic chemistry of the plant - yes it does - change the plant chemistry because the chemical is implanted into the seed - this changes the DNA of the plant because it is put into the seed. The DNA package is then different - it has different coding because it has this seed that carries the chemical neonnicotinoids/related nicotine like products.
