[MAIPC] blog on pest spread updated to reflect spotted lanternfly detection in Virginia

Hi!


as you might know, spotted lanternfly has been detected in Winchester, Va - heart of the state's orchard industry & happy home for billiions of Ailanthus trees.  I have updated the blog posted at www.cisp.us or www.nivemnic.us
 
I don't yet know what Virginia or APHIS is doing in response.
