[MAIPC] quick thought on the spotted lanternfly

One of my concerns with the panic over the spotted lanternfly is that with the tons of added expected insecticides being added to protect crops, especially grapes and tree fruit, that if a native answer such as the paper wasp does develop it will be destroyed before it can fully develop and have an effect.
