[MAIPC] Letter supporting State legislation banning sale of specific invasive plants

Dear Don and Ginger:

The extent of my ability to help on this is to write to the appropriate
officials. I wish I had the time and energy to do more, but I have said yes
to way too many things and have run out of time and energy. :-(

What I haven't been able to figure out is to whom I should address my
letter(s): Joseph Bartenfelder, Maryland Secretary of Agriculture? Susan
Lee, my Maryland State Senator, who is also the Majority Whip? Ariana
Kelly, my Maryland State House Representative? Senators Chris van Hollen
and Ben Cardin? Congressman Jamie Raskin, my House Representative?

If the letter should go to all of them, should it be to one of them with
copies to the others? If so, which one?
