Where was the SLF found? PDA and USDA are well aware of the presence of SLF in Lancaster and northern Virginia. Additionally, Lancaster county is under quarantine and as such any products being shipped should be decontaminated. Unfortunately compliance is not well enforced and voluntary. You’re better off reporting it to your state’s Department of Agriculture. Ultimatey though, SLF will probably be wherever you are and there’s not much that can be done to stop it.
