[MAIPC] Weed wrenches

After WeedWrench took itself out of biz I wound up getting an UpRooter
which was made by a guy who used to work for WW dude. I agree with others
that these can be useful tools. I've used it with success on Bush
Honeysuckle, Burning Bush, Multiflora Rose, Japanese Barberry, and even
some Asian Wisteria with taproots where vine diameter wasn't greater than
about an inch.

The weight is a consideration and I agree that mods to the base could be
helpful.
