-Norris Muth
The Pennsylvania Governor's Invasive Species Council is conducting the first statewide Invasive Species Impacts Survey, Oct. 25 – Nov. 18<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/36779D6>.
We're reaching out to governments, farms, businesses, organizations, and individuals to compile impacts from invasive plants, insects, animals, and pathogens on land and in waterways. We also want to understand current sources of funding for management (or the lack thereof) and establish support for a permanent statewide regional framework (PRISM<https://www.agriculture.pa.gov/Plants_Land_Water/PlantIndustry/GISC/Pages/Proposed-Partnerships-for-Regional-Invasive-Species-Management-in-Pennsylvania.aspx>) to manage invasive species.
Please take a few minutes to share your experiences<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/36779D6>. How are nonnative invasive species affecting your budget, operations, resources, or activities?
And please share the survey through your newsletter, blast email lists, social media, and other channels. It's important to compile as much information as possible.
Thank you for participating!
